necessary for the performance of a contract concluded between the Controller and the data subject.<\/p><h3>Legal Obligations<\/h3><p>Article 6(1)(c) GDPR \u2013 processing necessary for compliance of JABLOTRON Customer Data<\/h1><p>SPIE INVIZO s. r. o.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>processes personal data of customers using JABLOTRON products on the basis of a Data Processing Agreement concluded with the Controller:<\/p><p><strong>Jablotron Slovakia, s.r.o.<\/strong><br \/>Sasinkova 14<br \/>010 01 \u017dilina<br \/>Slovak Republic<\/p><p>Company ID No.: 31 645 976<\/p><p>SPIE INVIZO s. r. o.\u00a0processes personal data for the purpose of facilitating services provided by Jablotron Slovakia, s.r.o. and supporting services provided through the Jablotron Cloud platform (including MyCompany, F-Link software and related services).<\/p><p>Customers using JABLOTRON products are separately informed about the personal data processing principles of Jablotron Slovakia, s.r.o.<\/p><h3>Other Recipients<\/h3><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li>BVA, \u017dilina, spol. s r.o.<\/li><li>Ing.
